Local residents with a valid form of identification as proof of residency will be allowed access to their residences that are beyond the barricade points. This access is dependent on the time and location of the parade in conjunction with the motorist’s location and their destination. The officer at the location will make the final determination whether to allow access or not. This is based upon parade timing and the safety and security of the parade spectators and parade participants.
