North Branch Court Club Coach Selection Process: •
Coaches need to apply each year for a head coaching position. This is to ensure we have correct contact information for coaches and more importantly is REQUIRED by insurance each year.

Head coaches are assigned for one year.
•
The Association will select the best-qualified coach at each age level.
•
The head coach will recommend their assistant coaches and the Association will approve.
•
In the event that there are two or more applicants for the same coaching position, the association board members or a designated selection committee will review, interview and rank candidates base on the information contained in application process and the interview.
•
If a selection committee is used, it will make a recommendation to the board.
•
The board will make the ultimate selection of the head coach for each age level.
•
Board members or spouses of board members that are being considered for specific coaching position will not participate in the discussion or vote for that position.
•
All coaches will be required to complete a background investigation prior to being officially named as a head or assistant coach.
