NORTHRIDGE ATHLETICS SUMMER CAMPS 2017 To: Prospective Summer Camp Participants and Parents/Guardians
We are pleased to announce the schedule for athletic camps at Northridge High School for the summer of 2017. See the back of this sheet for a list of camps offered, dates, times, and locations. All camps are $35 per student except for the football camp (no charge). Questions regarding swim lessons should be directed to www.nasaswimming.org.
CAMP REGISTRATION
Registration will now be completed on FamilyID.com, a secure online platform where parents/guardians register their student(s) for upcoming sports seasons, camps, etc. Instructions for how to register on FamilyID are located below. On the FamilyID website, you will designate which camp(s) the student will be attending, what grade he/she is in currently, what shirt size he/she wears, emergency contact information, etc. How to register on FamilyID: ―Go to FamilyID.com/organizations/northridge-high-school ―If you already have a FamilyID account, click ‘LOG IN’ ―If you don’t have a FamilyID account, click ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ ―Click on ‘2017 SUMMER CAMPS’ and fill in the required information
FamilyID registrations are due Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments will not be processed on FamilyID. Instead, detach the payment portion of bottom of this sheet (opposite side) and include it with your check/cash payment. Camp fees can be (1) Dropped off at the NHS Athletic Office, (2) Mailed to: Athletic Department, Northridge High School, 56779 Northridge Dr., Middlebury, IN 46540, or (3) Turned in on the first day of camp. Do NOT turn in payments to your elementary or middle school office or teachers. One check (payable to NHS athletics) may be written for multiple children as payment, but a separate registration on FamilyID.com must be completed for each child.
