Want to know what it’s like to be a Northridge Cheerleader? Join us for a cheer clinic where you will get to practice with the Northridge High School cheer squads and be a Raider cheerleader for a night at a home football game!! See the back of this sheet for more information about the clinic, including dates, times and locations.
CLINIC REGISTRATION________________________________________________
Registration will be completed on FamilyID.com, a secure online platform where parents/guardians register their student(s) for upcoming sports seasons, camps, clinics, etc. Instructions for how to register on FamilyID are located below. How to register on FamilyID: ―Go to FamilyID.com/organizations/northridge-high-school ―If you already have a FamilyID account, click ‘LOG IN’ ―If you don’t have a FamilyID account, click ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ ―Click on ‘2017 Cheer Clinic’ and fill in the required information
PAYMENT INFORMATION______________________________________________
Payments will not be processed on FamilyID. Cash or check accepted. Detach the PAYMENT FORM on the bottom of this sheet (opposite side) and drop off or mail payments to Northridge High School, ATTN: Athletic Department, 56779 Northridge Drive, Middlebury, IN 46540. To ensure your check is received by the deadline, please strongly consider dropping it off in person rather than mailing it. One check (payable to Northridge High School Cheer) may be written for multiple children as payment, but a separate registration on FamilyID.com must be completed for each child. We will NOT refund any camp payments. Do NOT turn in payments to your elementary or middle school office or teachers.
FamilyID registrations and payments are due FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2017. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Any Kindergarten through 6th grade student interested in learning what it takes to be a Raider Cheerleader! The cost to participate is $30.00. You will receive a NHS Cheer t-shirt and the experience of practicing and cheering at a game with the NHS cheer squads! Practices will be held inside the Northridge Middle School main gym. Please enter Door 26 on the north side of Northridge Middle School. Game Night will take place inside the Northridge football stadium.
WHEN: K-3 PRACTICE WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2017 K-3 GAME NIGHT FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2017
4:30-6:30 PM Arrive at football stadium by 6:15 PM
K and 1st will cheer during 1st quarter. 2nd and 3rd will cheer during 2nd quarter.
4-6 PRACTICE 4-6 GAME NIGHT
