Recent Private/Public Investment Lynnwood Convention Center: A $32 million dollar, state of the art facility, located in the heart of Lynnwood’s City Center, opened in April 2005. The 56,000 SF facility has 34,000 SF of functional banquet and meeting space.

Interchange Improvements to I-5 and I-405: Lynnwood has easy freeway access to I-5 and I-405 and has recently completed interchange improvements at I-5 and I-405. Over $160 million in new freeway improvements are proposed over the next five years to enhance access to Lynnwood and improve traffic flow.
