U-12 Boys Team Tryout Information Sheet Welcome to the Michigan Rush 2017 tryouts. We know not all of you trying out today will be placed on one of our teams but we do hope that everyone has a good experience at this year’s tryouts. The Michigan Rush was established for players who want more from the game of soccer. It is a program for those players that have better than average skill level and want the training and competition that will take their game to the next level. It is important that every player and parent understand that being a part of the Michigan Rush means more commitment than you may have experienced in other programs. We expect our players to practice at least twice a week, attend tournaments throughout the year and take part in all indoor training sessions. Although we know the importance of having children play other sports it is important to remember that if your child makes this team they are one of the top soccer players in the greater Northville area. It is our job to make them the best they can be and it is your job to commit to make that happen. Below are the yearly estimated costs that you can expect to pay if your child is chosen for the team. The financial commitment is just as important as the time commitment. If you feel this is not something you are prepared to handle please let the coach know as soon as possible.
