NOTICE OF EARLY VOTING SITES PRIMARY ELECTION – MARCH 15, 2016 Notice is hereby given that Madison County will conduct Early Voting for the Primary Election. All precincts within Madison County will be served at all locations. The following are the locations, dates and times for Early Voting: Edwardsville – County Clerk’s Office, 157 N. Main Street, Room 109, Edwardsville February 4-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-26 – Hours 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Alton – Alton Law Enforcement Center, 1700 E. Broadway, Alton Edwardsville – County Administration Building, 157 N. Main Street, 1st Floor, Edwardsville Granite City – Township Building, 2060 Delmar Ave., Office B, Granite City February 29 and March 1-4 – Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm March 5 (Saturday) – Hours: 9:00 am – Noon March 6 and 13 (Sundays) – Hours: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm March 7-11 and 14 – Hours: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm March 12 (Saturday) – Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Bethalto – Bethalto Village Hall, 213 N.
