NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD CITY OF FERNANDINA BEACH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers, 204 Ash Street Fernandina Beach, Florida to consider the following applications: FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT ROBINSON CREEK 34, LLC (PAB CASE 2015-09) Future Land Use map change request for one (1) parcel (ID 00-00-31-1180-0020-0000) totaling 7.41 acres of land located on Citrona Drive requesting to change 6.45 acres of the parcel from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) and 0.96 acres of the parcel from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Conservation (CON) to include a planned unit development (PUD) overlay. zoning MAP CHANGE ROBINSON CREEK 34, LLC (PAB CASE 2015-10), a zoning map change request of one (1) parcel (ID 00-00-31-1180-00200000) totaling 7.41 acres of land located on Citrona Drive requesting to change 6.45 acres of the parcel from Low Density Residential (R-1) zoning to Medium Density Residential (R-2) zoning and 0.96 acres of the parcel from Low Density Residential (R-1) zoning to Conservation (CON) zoning to include a planned unit development (PUD) overlay. cOMPREHENSIVE pLAN aMENDMENT CITY OF FERNANDINA BEACH (PAB CASE 2015-11), amending OBJECTIVES 6.01, 6.02, 6.03, 6.04, AND 6.06 of the Recreation and Open Space Element of the City Comprehensive Plan to address changes recommended as a result of the parks and recreation master planning process. Interested parties may appear at said hearing and be heard as to the advisability of any action, which may be considered.
