Woodside Homes of Utah is requesting to amend Chapter 7 Special Purpose Districts by adding the Water’s Edge Zoning. The proposed project will allow for 2,414 homes on 419 acres

The Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on this item on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014. The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. in the Vineyard Town Hall, 240 East Gammon Road, Vineyard, Utah. Any person having interest in this matter may attend and be heard during a public meeting, or may submit testimony in writing to be entered into the record.
City Codes and ordinances are available on the Town website found at www.vineyard.utah.gov In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Pamela Spencer, Recorder with the Town of Vineyard, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
