Hello lovely people! Thank you so much for buying this book it has been designed to help people of all ages, with all types of diets, tastes & food interests to embrace and enjoy lots of healthy and beautiful fruits & veggies!

5 As you’ll discover, my diet is predominantly raw vegan (but as I live in the cold UK, sometimes the raw part goes out the window!). Being strictly raw vegan can be viewed as being very restrictive and boring but I challenge you now to try some of the recipes inside and still have that view afterwards!! The majority of people I speak with are not necessarily looking to go fully raw and vegan from day one. Some people do want to start that journey immediately; others simply want to decrease the amount of meat, refined sugars and processed foods in their diet but EVERYONE I speak with wants new, fun, Œciting and tasty ways to enjoy more fruit and veg.

My mission in this book and more generally is simple: I want to help you to learn more about food in a fun and Œciting way, helping you discover what is good and what is bad for you (and understanding that this is likely to be different for different people) and why eating more fruit & veggies really can make a huge difference not only to your health but to all aspects of your life! So whatever your goal is… This book is for you and for your family & friends to read, share and enjoy.

raw Chocolate mousse This is so quick and easy and often ends up being our Saturday night movie delight! 2 ripe avocados 10 large dates 1-2 tbsp raw cacao 1/4 tsp vanilla powder 1) Pop ingredients into a blender and pulse a few times, until the dates break up 2) Then blitz into a smooth paste.
