Make an accordion fold book of envelopes, ready to fill with creativity prompt tags inviting your artistic muse out to play! We'll decorate envelopes and tags with paint, stamps, fabric & fiber scraps, Distress Ink, Pan Pastels and learn a few cool new tricks with monotype printing on fabric and paper before building an easy book structure to contain your tags. Add art-inspired quotes and creativity tasks to the tags and slide them into envelope pages; pull tags out at random for a daily creative prompt! Great to use as a mini-journal, or include in your art journal as a creative helper for working on full size journal pages. We will be using Gelli Plates(R) in this workshop; I'll have several plates for class use, but please bring your Gelli Plate(R) to class if you have one. Thanks!

All materials INCLUDED!! Create a vintage holiday collection box in the style of Joseph Cornell with this workshop! Play with a surreal Victorian assemblage using paper ephemera, fabric scraps, dimensional objects, paint and ink techniques designed for an antique look. Showcase a mini-canvas collage within your collection box, hidden beneath a stamped glass lid; fill the remaining boxes with bits of holiday still life. Elegant and timeless, perfect as a gift of art or for your own artful holiday decor!
