Program Development from the Inside Out: An Idea Generation & Teambuilding Exercise • End Results/Next Steps: Program Ideas Developed 6 program ideas were developed Three were awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Top place went to Water Quality Professional Development The Academic Coordinator and Associate Dean of Global Campus are working with the appropriate colleges and the Kansas Department of Agriculture to gauge interest.
An Idea Generation & Teambuilding Exercise Benefits Lower levels in the department were able to collaborate ideas with upper levels. I liked the opportunity to collaborate across units and think outside the scope of the usual Global Campus activities.
