Shipment to Dominican Republic In June MMDC sent a shipment to Dominican Republic in collaboration with USSOUTHCOM on a humanitarian mission. The Center sent 40 sewing machines and medical supplies. To the left are pictures of the donated sewing machines that equipped a full classroom in a vocational school for women. Hundreds of local women from Los Pajones are now learning to sew. This will create jobs and allow for the students to contribute to the growth of their nation. It is such a blessing to see MMDC’s donations and it’s volunteers work in action. THANK YOU!!

The Fall NOMAD Team It was great having the 2nd team of NOMADS here this year. They did so much the three weeks they were here. They built over 100 desks, planted flowers, painted, put rain gutters up at Twice Giving, laid memorial bricks, repaired 35 bikes, fixed dryer hoses, took down pallet racking and put it back up in the third warehouse, put numbered signs on warehouses, repaired 14 sewing machines, trimmed bushes and so much more!!
