These have been across all property types, with a focus on the northeast region. In 2012 alone, Mr. Muller closed 150 transactions. Among his recent transactions are $7.3 million arranged for 1406 Townsend Avenue from Signature Bank and $7.8 million for 1405 Walton Avenue also from Signature Bank—all located in the Bronx.
