NPQSL in Warwickshire National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership Shires Teaching School Alliance is one of 44 high-quality accredited national providers of the reformed NPQ qualifications. The programme will take 12-18 months to complete and you will be certified upon the successful submission and assessment of a school-based project.

The programme includes a 360° diagnostic based around the seven leadership behaviours focused on throughout the programme: Commitment; Collaboration; Personal Drive; Resilience; Awareness; Integrity; Respect
Session 4: Leading with Impact
Who should attend? Current and aspiring senior leader with cross -school responsibilities for example: experienced middle leader deputy headteacher assistant headteacher other senior staff

Thursday 12th July 4.15pm—5.45pm
