The main space in the project, the west arrival zone fronting the primary road, features an auto drop-off, a water feature and tilted oval grass planes with sculpture. Hardscape material is granite and limestone to match the building detail. A strong pedestrian spine connects public space to the highly visible canopy of the building and most of the perimeter at north and northeast is heavily planted with evergreen trees and also mounded to maximize the buffer to the residential area. The building is five stories and designed by in-house NTT architects.
