Have two teachers stand on either side of the room. Encourage the children to crawl towards one teacher. The other teacher says, “Repent and follow Jesus.” and encourages the children to crawl/move the other way.

“We’re going to talk about someone who traveled in Bible times and met someone very special. How do you think he was traveling?” Chart with different ways to travel, the children put a sticker by what they think.
Continue with the True Story Project by reading pg. 228-235 in the Jesus

Craft
To keep Toddlers attention, give them one step of the craft to do at a time. Wait until they have completed one step to give them the next. If they are not interested in doing the craft today, be sure to send the craft home so they can complete it at home.

□ Craft pieces in envelopes numbered 1-5 Before class, hide the five envelopes around the room. When you say “Go!” the children hop to find envelope number one. The children grab a picture and return it to their table. Once all the children have retrieved a picture, then they skip to find envelope number two, grab a picture, and return it to their table.
