The grapes were picked in optimum temperatures during the cool of the night. The white and red frontignac grapes were process and fermented separately using selective yeast to retain aromatics in this wine. Once the optimal baume was reached, the wine was expertly blended to ensure a high standard of consistency in colour and flavour was reached.

PALATE Beautiful flavours of tropical pineapple and guava with juicy red berry fruit are well balanced by fresh lemon and lime citrus notes. The palate is clean and sweet with perfect balanced acidity providing length and structure to this easy drinking wine.
