Hitches, coupler/ball, safetychainsand loadlevelingequalizerbarswill NOT providean adequate groundandmayresultin electrical continuous systemfailure.ln addition, anyhotlineor auxiliary lineshouldbe runwithan in-linefuse. lf an auxiliarybatteryis addedto the trailer,theremustbe a fuse installedbetweenthe batteryandthe load. Titanrecommends that a separatefusedlinebe runfromthe tow vehicle'sbatterythrougha 20Ampin-linefuse,to an aftermarket toggle switchmountedon the dash.
