1. Meeting called to order by Commissioner Young

2. Approval of Minutes: Commissioner Hanson made a motion to approve the minutes for February 27, 2017. Commissioner Matheson seconded the motion. All voted in favor. Motion passed.

3. Public Hearing - Possible Motion to approve Ordinance No. 2017-01 Municipal Code Online

Tami Stevenson stated the Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to adopting the Oakley Municipal Code which includes the Oakley General Plan and attached General Plan Map(s). The Planning Commission will also take public comment in support and opposition to an adoption of the official Oakley Zoning Map adopted as part of the Oakley Municipal Code to classify and regulate land use in Oakley City.

Commissioner Young opened the Public Hearing up to the public for comment.

Darrin Whitward commented he thought the code was already online. Tami stated it was only proposed with this adoption it will be official on our website.

Commissioner Young closed the Public Hearing.

Commissioner Bliss made a motion to adopt Ordinance 2017-01 Municipal Code Online, which includes the Oakley General Plan and Oakley City Zoning Map. Commissioner Woolstenhulme seconded the motion. All voted in favor. The motion passed.

Other business - Tami asked the Planning Commission to study the subdivision section in the Land Use Development Code and be ready to discuss it at the next Planning Commission meeting.
