WAIVER RELEASE STATEMENT I, the undersigned parent and/or legal guardian of the above named entrant, hereby grant permission for the entrant to participate in this program, and on my own and the entrant’s behalf, make the following representations, covenants and release. It is understood and agreed that the entrant will be participating in the events and using the facilities at his own risk, and with that knowledge, the agent’s employees and volunteers of OBU and all persons acting in connection therewith, are hereby released and discharged from any claims (and it is covenanted to no suit will be brought) on behalf of entrant based on injury, illness, disease or damage to person or property, incurred during the course of the participation by entrant in any and or all aspects of this program.
