LODGING INFO
The Blue Horizon Lodge and Retreat has served Christian groups for over 30 years on the Emerald Coast. The Blue Horizon is located on a dedicated stretch of one of the most beautiful sections of the beach on the Florida Gulf Coast. Students will be located across the street from the beach and away from the dangers of downtown Panama City. Each student will be in a room with their friends and a responsible adult. For more information about Blue Horizon, visit: www.bluehorizonlodge.com
CAN PARENTS GO? Absolutely! We would love for you to come to camp as an entire family! It will be an incredible experience as you watch your student stretch their faith and worship without distraction. Any of the topics we are talking about will be applicable to you as well. We believe that the more parents that go, the safer and warmer the atmosphere will be. Whether you would like to be a small group leader, help in the kitchen, or help us with crowd control, we could definitely use your help! Unfortunately, husbands and wives will not be able to bunk together, but you will have plenty of opportunity to spend time with one another during the day. All adults attending are required to have a background check to ensure the safety of all our students.
EXTRA MONEY
Students will need extra money for a meal on the way to camp and a meal on the way home ($25 is plenty). Money for extra expenses is left entirely up to the parents. PLEASE DO NOT SEND LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY OR ANY $100 BILLS.
