READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM LAST MEETING Motion for approval of minutes made by Tabitha Wilkie 2nd by Christa Minton. All approved none opposed motion carried.

FINANCIAL REPORTS BY CASEY JOSHLIN on behalf of TREASURER See Attached BUSINESS FOR THE PRESIDENT: 1. Board Member Elections: T-Ball, 8U, 10U and Area Reps 2. Reading of the changes to bylaws, constitution and rules of the game. Current 2.01.01 BOARD OF DIRECTORS I. Risk Manager/Registrar (BOD appointed) Amendment to 2.01.01 BOARD OF DIRECTOR I. Risk Manager (BOD appointed) Current FCFA Rules of the game 3.10 General Game Information 3.10 GENERAL GAME INFORMATION~ a. Revised 2012 10U age division NO DROPPED THIRD STRIKE, upon the third strike called if the catcher drops the ball, the batter will not be permitted to attempt to advance to First. If the batter does not put the ball into play the batter is OUT, unless walked or hit by pitch. Amendment to FCFA Rules of the game 3.10 General Game Information Removal of the no dropped third strike rule and play as in upper divisions. FCFA 8U Pitching Machine, Kid Pitch or Coach Pitch for 2016 Vote Taken to Kid/Coach pitch only with a maximum number of 5 pitches 3 from the kid and 2 from the coach.

Motion for approval for amendments to bylaws, constitution and rules of the game, All approved none opposed motion carried.

DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Open Board Positions: Announcement of 12U VP, Risk Management Treasurer and Aztec Representative. 2. Opening of early Registration and Background Checks: 2016 Registration will open on October 13th 2015 and close March 18th 2015. All player, team and background checks must be conducted online only.

ACTION ITEMS: 1. Look into coaches ID and lanyards. 2. Durango Teams affiliation.
