In the late 1980’s John was in the midst of a personal spiritual crisis that caused him to get serious about pursuing God. The result was a life transforming encounter with the Lord that created a burden for our spiritual condition in North America. God’s journey for John would first lead him to be on staff as the Minister of Prayer in a large church in the Atlanta area, and later serve as a Prayer Specialist for LifeWay Christian Resources leading conferences and writing about prayer, spiritual awakening, spiritual warfare, and faith. In 2006 this ministry was founded to assist churches in what it will take to experience revival and awakening. John has continued speaking, leading conferences, and writing during this time to present. From 2009 to 2014 he pastored and experienced God sending an outpouring of His Spirit upon the church in revival
in February 2014. The experiential lessons learned have been particularly useful to pastors who are seeking an outpouring of God’s Spirit upon their churches in revival.
