Inniscarra Gaa Night at the Dogs 2014 A Big thank you to all those who supported our main annual fundraiser last night. It was a fantastic success with a great attendance in Curraheen Park. The highlight of the night was the Donkey Derby with 12 Jockeys from the GAA and the Camogie Club. The outright winner was Rena Buckley on her donkey Buckaroo who narrowed piped Donal O’Callaghan for the honours. Thanks to Saville Menswear for sponsoring the Donkey Derby, McCullagh Wall our main sponsors on the night and Whitebon for sponsoring the Tickets. Donal O’Halloran won the prize drawn on the entrance ticket. This was a weekend away in the Croke Park Hotel sponsored by the Doyle Collection. There was lots of work and effort involved to make the night a success so a big thanks also to the tickets sellers, Jockey sponsors and the organising committee. There are some photos on facebook and we will update the website over the next week with some more.

Dave Collins and Podge Callaghan will look at coaching football skills in a team environment. The under 11s will be put through their paces, wed 29th, 7 till 8 pm in Cloghroe astro turf. Brief Q and A afterwards. All coaches welcome. Inniscarra Annual Halloween Camp, Thursday 30th, Friday 31th October, Ballyanly 10-1, cost €20 per child. For all children of primary school ages. There's just one week to go to the commencement of the 2014/2015 Cork GAA Clubs' Draw series, with the September and October Draws taking place on Friday October 31st at Páirc Ui Rinn. First prize in the September Draw is a Skoda Octavia or €20,225 cash, while the top prize for October is €12,000 cash! Other prizes to be drawn on Friday night include a trip to the Cheltenham festival, various Apple products, luxury minibreaks, cash and vouchers.
