C l u b A d v i s e d Fu n d s P r ov i d e Established to help clubs become a part of the investment pool of the Foundation the Club Advised Fund program allows clubs the opportunity to receive tax deductible donations under the 501c3 IRS provisions of the Foundation. This option for clubs allows businesses, other foundations, and individuals to make donations to support a local clubs service efforts while providing a tax exempt benefit. In addition, clubs who choose to become a part of the Foundation CAF program have their funds invested under an investment policy approved by the Ohio District Kiwanis Foundation Board and managed by an investment manager at Raymond James and Associates. The Foundation makes all required state and federal reports for all Club Advised Funds. Club Advised Fund clubs receive a monthly report on their investment returns and portfolio. Club Advised Funds can be requested for charitable donations for Kiwanis service projects.
