OFF ROAD CHALLENGE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. This is a NON POINTS APPROVED competition. 2. The competition is run under New Zealand Cowboy Challenge Association Rules, please see the rules here NZ Cowboy Association Rule Book. 3. This is a three round competition, the entry fee covers all three rounds. 4. There is an official course walk each morning at 10am. 5. Class entry fees include: 2 x wristbands, one for the rider and one for a groom/parent. Wristbands enable entry into Equidays Friday 13th – Sunday 15th. Each extra horse entered receives a wristband. 6. Please note: wristbands do not include entry to the Wade Equine Coaches Festival of Dressage on the Thursday, or the Friday, Saturday & Sunday night shows. To purchase tickets for these please go to www.equidays.co.nz 7. Entries close Wednesday 20th September 2017. Please enter online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz if you are not already registered with Equestrian Entries you will need to do so, this is a quick and easy process, please use the chat function on the Equestrian Entries website if you get stuck, they are a great help! 8. The start list for round one will be available on Equestrian Entries on the 10th October 2017, rounds 2 and the championship round will be in reverse order of standing. 9. A mounted prize giving will take place at the end of each class. 1st – 4th place getters are required for rounds one and two, 1st - 6th place getters are required for the Championship on Sunday. 10. Late entries will incur a 25% late fee and will be put on a wait list. 11. Riders are responsible for updating their details on Equestrian Entries. This includes email, mobile phone, home phone, physical address and announcer notes. 12. Scratching – refund for all classes and other fees less 25%. Subject to proof of inability to compete. Subject to conditions and refund form being completed within 7 days of the event. Stable and yard fees will be fully refunded up to the 9th October 2017. 13. All prize money will be paid via the internet, please ensure the correct details are provided to Equestrian Entries. 14. Camping and Yarding – this is booked on Equestrian Entries when you enter. 15. Yards are $35 for the duration of the event. 16. Stable are $80 for the duration of the event – stables are limited. 17. All stallions must be stabled when not ridden. 18. Non-powered sites are $30. Powered sites are $80 for the duration of the event, these prices are per site, not per person. 19. Equidays reserves the right to alter, delete or amend any classes as it see fit. 20. No dogs are allowed on Mystery Creek Events Centre property at any time, any dogs will result in disqualification. 21. No motorbikes allowed.
