Official Lineup Card

Official Lineup Card Complete lineup card prior to game. List players in jersey number order. If multiple players have the same jersey number, list those players alphabetically.  If a player is absent, write “absent” in space for quarters not played.  If a player is injured, write “injured” in space for quarters not played. The lineup card belongs to the referee. Do not use it to plan your game lineup. If the referee asks you to manage the game card, mark an X in the space for the quarters NOT played. When playing out of town, please ask referee for game card and return it to the field box for your home field. Front
