OLENTANGY ATHLETICS SATURDAY INJURY CLINIC 8:30 – 10:00 A.M. August 26th to November 4th CAREPOINT LEWIS CENTER 6515 PULLMAN DRIVE (At the corner of Rt. 23 and Lewis Center Rd. in the Kroger Plaza)
Sports Injury Evaluation and Care by The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Sports Medicine athletic trainers, physical therapists, and fellowship-trained sports medicine team physicians. This specially arranged injury clinic is open to all student athletes in Olentangy Schools. This is a walk-in clinic- No Appointment Necessary. Imaging Services will be available. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend and be present during their athlete’s injury evaluation. If a parent or guardian is not present, we ask that a note of permission is sent with the student and that the parent is available to consult with the care provider by telephone. Athletes will be called back for their evaluation in the same order they signed in upon arrival. We will do our best to move through as quickly as possible but understand that the physicians want to make sure each athlete gets all their needs addressed completely and thoroughly.
