• How do we overcome some of the challenges we face? • Bridging the gap between undergraduate brothers and graduate brothers. Making it “cool” to be a part of a graduate chapter. • Being more innova-ve and crea-ve with your events and programs. Not every brother is going to come out to every event. No one wants to come out to the same old programs. • Finding programs that are tailored to the demographics of your chapter. • Using your networks to invite brothers to come out and just fellowship. • Friendship!!! 2016 James S.
