ON THE MOVE Congratulations Lori Castro, Director of Sales Recruiting, Training and Onboarding National Sales Lori has been promoted to Director of Sales Recruiting, Training and Onboarding for National Sales. She has been with RLHC for more than five years, most recently as part of the Human Resources team where she was focused on recruiting sales talent. In her new role, Lori will continue to recruit as well as develop, source and deliver training for National Sales. This includes the development and deployment of a sales onboarding program for every sales associate. Lori’s experience as Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Training & Development, along with her wealth of knowledge from working in the industry with other well-known brands will provide a great foundation for her to lead our efforts in this area.

Paul and Ken have been promoted to Managing Directors, effective March 7, 2016. The Managing Director serves as the General Manager of an assigned hotel and represents the Corporate Offices as well as a region of hotels. In this case, Paul will continue to manage Red Lion Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown and Ken will do so for Red Lion Hotel Boise Downtowner. They will work closely with Corporate and property leadership alike, with regards to strategic planning and comprehensive oversight of the hotel in its defined region. Paul will now directly oversee Hotel RL Baltimore Inner Harbor, Hotel RL Washington DC and Red Lion Hotel Atlanta International Airport, which is scheduled to open April 8, 2016. Ken will directly oversee Red Lion Hotel Woodlake Sacramento, Red Lion Hotel Eureka, Red Lion Inn & Suites Bend and Red Lion Hotel Coos Bay. The General Managers of these properties will report up through Ken and Paul to Joseph Mollerus.
