Rules and Entry Details
Entries close 5pm Friday 11th March 2016 Late Entries will incur a $20 Late Fee Online entries www.equestrianentries.co.nz. All other event enquires to Event Secretary, Natalie -‐ Text/Phone 027 603 0709 or email [email protected]. Limited overnight yards available. Allocated on a first entered basis. Entries/Yards will be accepted once payment is received. Bank account for Internet banking 06 0359 0145142 00 (ref; Surname & ODE). Cheques payable to Papatoetoe Pony Club. Refunds -‐ 80% of the entry fee less admin fee of $10-‐ up to 9am Thursday 17th March. Refunds after this time MUST be accompanied by a vet/doctor certificate and received within one week of event and scratching must be done before rider was due to dressage. No Vet Certificate NO refund. In the case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds less $10-‐ admin fee will be made. Number Holder Vests will be needed for NZPC 80, 95, 105. Bibs will be provided for the NZPC 65 Class. A limited number of Vests are available for hire from the Office ($20 Deposit) Run under the ESNZ Eventing Rules 2014 – Version 5.2; including annex 5 of NZPCA rules Please ensure you are familiar with these rules Medical armbands are compulsory for XC & SJ and back protectors compulsory for XC. Helmets must be approved & have blue tag attached for all phases, if required please bring hat to the secretary for inspection before competition or risk elimination. NO Dogs permitted on the grounds. NO unofficial vehicles outside the parking areas.
