As we expand, we hope this new booking system will reduce hours of administration for both One Touch Football and the Schools. We have spent months searching for the most suitable and user-‐friendly booking system and we are confident we have chosen the best one to suit requirements of our schools and our business. Our main reason for introducing this fantastic new system is to It ensure at all times maximum child protection and safeguarding of all confidential information relating to the student. From September, we hope with your support all parents who are wishing to book their son/daughters(s) onto after school football will visit the website provided on the business cards. The booking system is very simple and straightforward to use. Parents are to select the school to book, complete the student information form along with the consent and complete the booking by making payment. All payments are to be made via the booking system. Once completed they will receive a confirmation email. Once they have registered on the booking system, all required for future bookings is their log in details. We will receive an up to date register of those students who have enrolled. We will present to the schools the day/week of the club commencing. To ensure safeguarding, child protection and certifying our insurance policies, children who have not booked will not be able to participate until enrolment has been completed. What happens if a parent does not have access to the Internet? Should a parent not have access to the Internet to complete the registration, it is essential prior to the course start date they contact Emma @ One Touch Football – 07939229727 or [email protected] Another change we are hoping to make in September; payments will be made on a half termly basis to make it more affordable for parents/guardians. At the start of every term should parents/guardians wish for their son/daughters(s) to participate in after school football club they will require to book for the upcoming term.
