ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2017 SEASON
STEPS FOR REGISTATION 1. Create a new AYSO player account online. Players MUST upload a photo of themselves online.

2. Register for Adult League Spring 2017 season online.

3. Pay for the Spring 2017 registration using credit / debit card ONLY.

4. Print out the volunteer form, complete it and give it to Jane Mason or Hanoz Kateli

Eligibility Requirements 1. ALL the 4 above steps have to be completed before your registration will be accepted and confirmed. 2. The first 96 registered players will be drafted. All other players will automatically be placed on the wait list. 3. Players who are eligible to play must meet one of the below requirements. • • • • • •
Grandfathered volunteers. Region 2 board members. Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Team parents from Fall 2016 season. Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Team parents from All Star 2017 season. Referees who have completed 8 hours of refereeing during the Fall 2016 season. You need to print out your referee assignments from the Region 2 referee site. All other volunteers who have COMPLETED 8 hours of volunteer work for Area 1C during the Fall 2016 season. You need to have your volunteer forms signed by a Board Member. Page 1 of 11
STEP 1: CREATING YOUR AYSO PLAYER ACCOUNT • •
Go to www.ayso1c.org Click on “Register Now” in the top right corner

Fill out your information to create a new AYSO player account. Make sure you remember your username and password. This is going to be your login information for all future AYSO related seasons. Click on “Create Account”

Fill out your personal information. Select “Other” under “Relationship to your participants”. Upload a photo of yours (similar to passport photo)

Select “I am registering myself in an activity”

Once Register changes to “Selected”, click on “Continue”

Fill up your personal information for the Adult league. (2 pages) Make sure you fill up the Emergency Contact Info. It defaults to your name. Change it to someone else.

Go to the bottom of the page and select “AYSO Area 1c (5043) Volunteer Hours Form Print out the form, fill it up and submit it to the Adult League
