Online Waiver Submission Instructions To submit a waiver request online, you will be required to enter a participation code. The participation code is: 2017wavier Step 1 First the First Coast Conference website at www.firstcoastpw.com Step 2 Click on the blue registration banner

If you have previously registered for one of the clinics, please enter your email address and password to access your account. If this is your first time, you will need to click the red create account at bottom

Step 4 After you are logged in or have created your account, you will then select the blue button labeled “Register To Play or Participate” At the next screen, you will select the New Child option and then select Register Now
Step 5 Enter the player’s information that you are requesting the wavier for. This can be found on the waiver form. When done entering player’s information, select save on the bottom of the screen. After you select save, it will ask you for emergency contact information. This information is not important and does not need to be accurate. Only complete the mandatory fields with the red asterisk. Step 6 Select the 2017 Season Waiver and then click Register Player button
Step 7 Enter the participation code and then select save Participation code is: 2017waiver

Step 8 Enter the information requested for the waiver submission. You can use the note section in the registration form to enter any other information you feel is needed for the waiver consideration. When the informatin is completed, press Continue on the bottom of the screen. Step 9 If you are only entering one waiver request at this time, press the green continue to checkout button. If you are entering another waiver request at this time, press the green Register Another Player button. If you are requesting mutliple waivers from one session, you will be directed back to the step where you register another child and begin the process over again. You can register multiple waivers at one time, or you can submit them one at a time. That decision is up to you. Preferably, you will enter waiver requests as you receive them. It is not necessary to wait and submit all your waivers at one time.
Step 10 After you click the Continue to Checkout button, you must complete the registration process by clicking the Complete Registration button on the last page. If you do not click the Complete Registration button, your waiver request will not be submitted.
