Do You need a Serger To Sew?
Class Policy
And the answer is... NO!
1. To register for our classes, we require class fees to be paid at least one week ahead.
The best analogy I've heard is that a

serger is like a microwave. You don't need it, it doesn't do everything- but what it does, it does very fast and very well.
3. If we do not receive enough sign ups for a class, we will refund your money or credit that amount toward another class or any purchase in our store. 4. To receive a full refund on a class fee, please let us know one week before the first class.
Rabbit Hole Quilt The classic story of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ begins with Alice sitting on a grassy bank, contemplating what to do. Then she spies the White Rabbit running by and she decides to follow him. “In another moment down went Alice after it, never once considering how in the world she was to get out again.” And so, her new adventure begins. This interpretation of the ‘Twisted Log Cabin Quilt’ is inspired by Alice’s journey and what it might have been like as she traveled down to a world completely foreign to her. Have fun making your Rabbit Hole Quilt, using Eleanor’s ‘Wonky Ruler’ and some 2” strips and you will be on your way to another quilting adventure. Carol Gibson-Weik 1 class Thursday: May 22, 10:30- 4:00 Class fee: $40
Tide Pool Inspired by continuous line quilting, this machine appliqued, wall quilt is unique in the quilting world. Cut, then fuse the positive and negative applique motifs to the background. No Waste! The borders are added, quilt layered, then applique is secured during the quilting process. Once the technique is mastered, think how nice it would look on a quilt border or even a curtain border. The author of Tide Pool has a number of other patterns using the same technique. Why not try another of her patterns which include tea pots, a woodland scene, butterflies, roses, trains and more. Susan Anderson 1 Class Monday: June 8, 10:00 - 4:30 Class fee: $45
