The Insurer/Broker (as named and executed below) hereby confirms that: 1. the policies listed above are current for the dates stated; 2. the airside liability insurances listed above do not restrict coverage to apply only in relation to property damage arising out of the use of vehicles; and 3. the insurance includes the use of mobile plant and/or vehicles not registered for road use. I confirm any excess/deductible is below £50,000 in respect of the motor vehicle property damage or motor vehicle bodily injury insurance. If Gatwick Airport Limited (GAL) are included as an Additional Insured on the company’s liability insurance, a Severability of Interests provision is included. In this instance I confirm ‘Gatwick Airport Limited’ (GAL) is included as the Additional Insured and not ‘GIP/Global Infrastructure Partners’. I confirm the geographical limits of this policy/ies include Airside at Gatwick Airport. GAL may require further documentation to be provided before issuing an AOL, notwithstanding any checks that may be performed by GAL it is and will remain the company’s responsibility to ensure at all times they have valid and suitable Airside Third Party Liability Insurance covering the company’s operations at Gatwick Airport. The insurance must not contain exclusions or restrictions (other than normal aviation insurance market exclusions) which could compromise the validity of the insurance.
