CIP Objectives Approval of Proposed Great Park Interim Infrastructure CIP will accomplish the following: • Keep Great Park utilities operational along with Park ingress and egress access during FivePoint Communities demolition, grading and construction of the 688-acre Park Plan • Facilitate FivePoint Communities demolition, grading and construction projects for the 688acre Park Plan

Recommended Action 1. Recommend that the City Council establish a new Capital Improvement Project and approve the attached budget adjustment appropriating $150,000 for design services from the Orange County Great Park Fund 180 balance, for design services for interim infrastructure at the Orange County Great Park.
