Preparation 1. Heat milk and all purpose cream in a saucepot until it boils. Turn off heat and add Carte d'or clear gulaman, orange juice and pulp. Pour the mixture in the molding cups and let it chill for 2-3 hours.

Garnish: Caramelized Kiat Kiat in sugar and add it on top of the panna cotta with orange zest.
