ORDER (October 31, 2008) In light of the decision issued on this date by the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in the above-captioned matter, it is, this 31st day of October, 2008, hereby ORDERED that the Court shall modify its [20] Discovery Order issued on September 24, 2008, to substitute Claire O’Donnell, the Vice President’s Deputy Chief of Staff, as a witness for David Addington, the Vice President’s Chief of Staff; and it is further ORDERED that the Court’s Discovery Order shall remain unchanged in all other respects.
