Job  Description  

Order  Fulfilment  and  Inventory  Manager  monitors  available  materials,  subcomponent  and  products   in  order  to  fulfil  customer  orders,  maintains  daily  records  of  shipments  and  invoices  to  see  what   products  need  to  be  replenished  and  manages  customer  orders  from  the  ordering  till  delivery.

Maintaining  a  good  working  relationship  with  suppliers  (US  and  Germany  based)  by   communicating  and  dealing  with  concerns  or  problems,  such  as  delays   Managing  inventory  level  at  multiple  sites  (Iowa,  US  and  Belgium)   Manage  the  customer  order  fulfilment  functions   Handling  import/export  issues  worldwide  

At  least  2  years’  experience  in  similar  position   Excellent  verbal  and  written  English  communication  skills  necessary  to  properly  communicate   with  vendors  and  customers   Excellent  computer  skills  (MS  Word  and  Excel  is  a  must)   Proven  logistics  experience  including  shipping,  receiving  and  customs   Ability  to  work  in  a  time  sensitive  environment     Advantageous  Skills   Proven  track  record  of  managing  a  multiple  site  inventory   Familiar  with  GMP  procedures   Experience  with  inventor  management  softwares
