THE MUCIPÀL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JERSEY CITY HEREBY ORDAIS: A. The following amendments to Chapter 31 (Envirçnmental Commsion) of the 1 ersey City Municipal Code àre adopted:

§31-1. No Chângè. § 31:-2. Membership; terms;.alternates.
A. . The MUncipal Environmenta Commission shall consist of seven (7) members and two (2) alteries to be appointed by the Mayor, who shall designate one (1) of the
