Registration Information Registration Requirements 1. Registration Form and $100 registration fee (includes $50 materials fee and non-refundable $50 registration fee.) 2. Immunization - Every child entering Oregon public and private schools for the first time must present evidence that he/she is immunized against measles, polio, diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, rubella, mumps & chicken pox. If claiming religious exemption, an Oregon certificate is needed. 3. “Pull-ups” to be worn by children who are not potty trained and who are in training. Non-Discrimination Policy We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national, or ethnic origin in enrollment or administration of our programs.

Please return this registration form together with your $100.00 ($50 non-refundable) registration fee to: Orenco Christian Preschool, Attn.: Sherry Wright, 6420 N.E. Oelrich Rd., Hillsboro, OR 97124. Your spot will be reserved when the registration fee is received. We realize plans can change; we’ll happily refund your $50 materials fee if you need to withdraw your child before August 1st. In order to give our students a great preschool experience, we limit our class sizes. Classes can fill quickly, so reserve your spot now!
