OSWEGO HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC & ALUMNI GOLF OUTING Friday, June 9, 2017 at Blackberry Oaks Golf Course Dear Golfers, You are cordially invited to participate in our 25th Annual Oswego Panther Athletic/Alumni Golf Outing!! Our theme this year is “Once A Panther, Always A Panther” as OHS has a very long and storied tradition. We not only want this outing to include our parents and community, but also our alumni to reconnect with each other. Dinner will now immediately follow golf as we do away with the fluff of the event and work towards giving more time to look at auction items, see old friends and continue to grow our event to raise as much money as we can for our athletic department in order to give the very best opportunities to our student-athletes. As always, we thank you so much for your continued support of Panther Athletics. It is because of people like you supporting events like this that we are able to offer our student-athletes the outstanding opportunities that we have within our department. CALCUTTA We will be holding a Golf Calcutta at this year’s outing. If you are unaware of this it is a type of auction that will be held prior to golfing in which all participants will be able to bid on any team. We will have 3-4 different pools of teams based on their team handicap and anyone can bid on those teams. The winning bidder and the winning team will receive a cash prize! We will email out more information to all golfers prior to the outing with more details. When you register please enter each team member’s handicap.
OHS Alumni Special: For all OHS Alumni that golf in our tournament you will receive a sleeve of Panther golf balls. *Please note on your registration your class.
REVERSE RAFFLE For the second year we will hold a reverse raffle. This year however we will draw the tickets throughout the golf outing at the big scoreboard/patio. Each ticket is $40 and only 250 tickets are sold. The last ticket to be drawn is the grand prize winner of $2,000. We will have $1,200 in additional prizes drawn throughout as well. This is a great chance to win BIG and help our athletic program. You will need to pre-purchase your tickets as we will not have any the day of the outing to sell.
Sponsorship Levels: All levels will have their name in the pamphlet at the outing. $100 – Mouse Pad Sponsor - logo on the mouse pads that are in all golfers goodie bags $250 – Hole Sponsor - hole sign on the course during the outing $500 – Lunch/Dinner Sponsor - banner with your company logo hung at the outing & in the Main Gym throughout the 2017-2018 school year as well as a hole sponsor sign
