WHAT?
This camp is intended for serious basketball players, both boys and girls, entering grades 8-12 who are looking to take their offensive game to the next level! With an emphasis on individual attention, skill building, weight training and film breakdowns each player will get a unique experience that will enhance their game!
Emphasis on Skills Each session will primarily focus on improving your skill set. Improving your shooting form, game reps, ball handling, footwork and 1v1, 2v2 moves/actions will all be emphasized. The best players are able to shoot, dribble and pass!
Weight Training and Conditioning Session's will have a strength and conditioning component with the help of Dave Preston, the Strength Coach for all of the Alfred University Athletic programs. A plan will be developed and created in order to maximize the impact on the court!
Film Breakdown Offensive concepts will be broken down in our film room to help teach concepts of the games. We have access to D1, D2 and D3 games and will show situations to help develop basketball IQ!
