Page |1 STANDARD MINMUM SPECIFICATIONS FOR A ROTOCHOPPER GO-BAGGER 250 PORTABLE COMPOST BAGGING SYSTEM WITH HEAT SEALER AND BAG HANDLING CONVEYOR OR EQUIVALENT Description: The portable compost bagger shall be new and of a model in current production, or an update of an existing model. (In order to have your bid deemed responsive, vendor must complete and upload this document into SciQuest.) Engine: The engine shall be a three cylinder vertical 4-cycle liquid cooled industrial diesel. The engine shall have a gross intermittent output of 21.6 HP with a maximum speed of 3200RPM. Engine shall be in compliance with all EPA emissions regulations. Unit shall be equipped with a 84” displacement hydraulic pump and a 5,500 watt generator. Starter capacity 12 volts. Alternator capacity 12 volts. Oil pan capacity 98 gal. Engine shall have a low engine oil shut down and oil pressure gauge. MEETS
