Paint Your Heart Out: Celebrating Church Together A Beloved Art and Practice Event Series Led by Sister Michelle Walka

Sunday April 14, 2019 3-5pm Hosted by Our Savior’s Lutheran Church [204 E Caledonia Ave, Hillsboro, ND 58045] You are invited for a fun afternoon for all ages, as we creatively explore the question: “What does it mean to be church together?” Together, we will pray and create visual expressions on 12x12 canvases. These beautiful pieces of work will then be collected and displayed as part of a special Art Exhibit and Celebration at our next Synod Assembly! All supplies are provided. A variety of creative tools (paints, glue, googly eyes, etc.) will be available to use. Also, feel free to bring your own creative supplies if you feel so inspired. For example, if you are a quilter or knitter, bring scraps of cloth and extra yarn!

Everyone is welcome. Come as an individual or with a group. You do not need to consider yourself an artist to participate. Registration is free but required.
