PLAYER CENTERED FOR SUCCESS ▸ Developing a specific development pathway for all Celtic players 7-18. ▸ Define the Celtic way and what it means to be a Celtic player. ▸ Establish age appropriate benchmarks for Celtic players to achieve. ▸ Develop specific, thoughtful, and impactful ways to provide feedback for players and parents.

THE CELTIC & PARENT BOND ▸ Develop meaningful pathways of communication between club, teams, coaches, and parents. ▸ Explain the plan of long-term development to parents under the Celtic philosophy. ▸ Offer parents insights to the club vision, age group benchmarks, and expectations, so parents feel comfortable that Celtic is like a second home for their child.

▸ Improve customer service throughout the club through communication, transparency, and overall parent & player education.
