Its orientation towards Lake Michigan helps to reinforce the urban grid, while respecting waterfront views from its neighboring towers. An expressive copper cladding top, acting like a horizontal spine to hide the building’s infrastructure, directs the eye back to the building’s taller, colonnaded banquet room at the leading east edge of the tower. The building offers a variety of floor plans with units ranging from 848 square feet to 3,149 square feet.
