Parent Information Sheet U14 and Older Program Expectations During the season, you should expect at least 3 to 4 soccer events every week. Each team is expected to participate in league play (six to eight game season, determined by the league), plus an additional three events per season. These events may include tournaments, Showcases, State Cup or supplemental league play. The majority of our teams practice at Lazelle Woods or Whetstone Park or in the Worthington area. Tournament selection, for all age groups, is determined by the Director of Coaching. Families will be responsible for uniform expense (unless deposit is paid on or before June 3, 2014), travel fees, including but not limited to gas, food and lodging. The team manager will coordinate hotel options for the team.

Team Offers The majority of team offers will be extended at the end of tryouts on Monday June 2nd. These will be letters with the offer. An email will be sent with registration instructions the evening of 6/2/2014. Uniform will be free of charge if full deposit is made on or before June 3, 2014. Some players may receive offers via telephone or email.

Deposits are required at the time of acceptance and registration via the online system. Please pay by credit card as this is the preferred payment method. If online registration is not completed and deposits are not received upon acceptance, the roster position may be offered to another player. If you have problems with the online registration, please contact [email protected]. Trapped Players: Fees will be the same as the U14 fees. REGISTRATION PROCESS Each player must register online @ FC614.org and pay their deposit upon acceptance of a roster spot. Uniform Fittings These will take place at tryouts on 6/2/2014. Each player will have the chance to try on a kit and document their preferred size. *We will have another fitting at 6/22/2014 at the registration session where you must pay and order a uniform. Numbers will also be chosen at this time based on seniority. If there are double numbers for a team, then each player will have an alternate number on either their home or away jersey. Their preferred number will be on one kit with the alternate on the other.

Scholarships A limited number of partial scholarships are available. Please visit our website for a scholarship application. Deposits must be made and scholarship applications must be completed and submitted upon spot acceptance for consideration.
